Create an ACT Account

Click on the “Register” button to create a free account. You'll find the process straightforward and convenient, as you only need to provide personal information such as your name, date of birth, and email address.


Fill Out the Registration Form

  • After creating your account, fill in the required details, including high school information, test center preferences, and the test date you wish to take the ACT.
  • Choose whether you want to take the ACT with or without the writing section.



Select Your Test Date and Location

  • The ACT is offered on specific dates throughout the year. The ACT website lists available dates.

Based on your location, select the most convenient test center. Registering early is important, as this proactive step ensures you secure a seat before they fill up. 


Pay the Registration Fee

  • The ACT has a registration fee, which can be paid online using a credit or debit card. Fee waivers are available for eligible students, providing support for those who need it. Extra fees may apply if you need additional services (such as late registration or changing test centers).

Confirm Your Registration
